Planeta Lector
Literature for classroom work and to encourage reading enjoyment
Planeta Lector is a Grupo Planeta children’s and young people’s literature imprint aimed at primary and secondary pupils. It responds to the wish to contribute to the education of children and young people by fostering an enthusiasm for reading. To do so, it offers a broad catalogue of titles of proven literary quality – convincing stories designed to develop thinking skills and signed by well-known authors – complemented by specific teaching resources for each title, which will facilitate the task of teaching staff.
The Planetalector catalogue is divided into two major collections: Cometa, designed for primary education, and Cuatrovientos, aimed at secondary pupils. Each book is complemented by a reading guide, which allows analysis of each work and the organizing of a series of related activities with pupils.
