Founded in 2017, Planeta Gastro combines proposals aimed at the genera public with more ambitious and exclusive works, by authors and chefs of the highest order (Michelin-starred, 50Best, etc.) showing off their most avant-garde registers but also their more accessible and practical side.
All the titles share a single identity: high-quality contents, very careful presentation and formats adapted to each audience. Stories of success, some still relatively undiscovered by the media, that deserve to emerge from publishing anonymity.
